Enclosed with it are a letter introducing the manuscript by Francesco Miserocchi; a manuscript copy of an article on Angelo Frignani which appeared in the Giornale democratico, Ravenna, October 8-9, 1878; a manuscript explaining the problems posed for foreign readers by Italian poetry; and a manuscript biographical sketch of Dante Alighieri.
